Hi ya’ll! I’m back at it again with some drug store recommendations. Don’t get me wrong, Sephora and other high-end retailers carry some good shit. But sometimes I feel like some of their products are literally just duplicates of other lower-end ones and are pricey just because a name is slapped on it. So I’m here to break it down for you.

Raved about by many beauty guru’s, the Sleek Makeup highlighting palette completely lives up to its hype. Plus, you can now find this baby at your local Walgreens.

The Elf Cosemtics Baked Highlighter gives you an extra glow without it being overwhelming. It’s pink undertones make it everyday friendly, and it photographs beautifully.

This one is SO underrated. Not many are talking about Pixi’s bomb products and I don’t know why. In addition to this highlight, the Target brand also has setting sprays, powders, and more. Many say that this highlight is comparable to Becca’s “Champagne Pop,” try it out for yourself.

You can literally find J.Cat beauty products at your local swapmeet. Need I say more? Incredibly pigment for a crazy low price.

And last but not least, my favorite. Colourpop’s Super Shock Highlighters have a creamy consistency that allows you to build up the amount of glow you’re going for. I use this as an inner highlight, high points of the face, and nose.
